Ingredients:
- 225ml Biogreen 5 Grain Plus Oatmilk
- 188g etblisse Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour
- 118g applesauce
- 45g etblisse Organic Raw Cane Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 ¾ teaspoon baking powder, divided
- ¼ teaspoon Biogreen 84 Live Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon etblisse Organic Trimming Apple Cider Vinegar
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Spray or lightly oil a donut pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine and whisk the sugar, flour, 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
- Using another bowl, combine the applesauce with remaining ¼ teaspoon baking powder.
- Add oat milk, vanilla, vinegar, and oil into the applesauce.
- Slowly mix in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Fill the batter around two-thirds full into the donut pan. Bake the donuts for 20 minutes.
- Let the donuts cool in the pan for 5 minutes before gently removing them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
- Eat it as it is or pair it with a cup of hot tea, plant-based milk, fruits or jam!

- 188克etblisse 有机无漂白面粉
- 118克苹果酱
- 45克 etblisse 有机原蔗糖
- 2 汤匙植物油
- 1 ¾茶匙泡打粉
- ¼ 茶匙Biogreen84 Live海盐
- ¼茶匙肉豆蔻
- ⅛ 茶匙肉桂粉
- ½ 茶匙etblisse 有机纤体苹果醋
烹调方式:
- 预热烤箱至180°C
- 在甜甜圈烤盘上涂上少许的油防止粘黏.
- 在一个中等大小的碗中,倒入糖、面粉、1.5茶匙地泡打粉、盐、肉豆蔻及肉桂。
- 在另一个碗中加入苹果酱及剩余的¼茶匙泡打粉混合。
- 在苹果酱中加入燕麦奶、香草精、醋和油.
- 将干的成分分次混合到湿的成分中,轻轻搅拌至呈糊状。
- 将面糊填入各甜甜圈烤盘磨具中至70%满,并烤上20分钟
- 烤至色泽金黄后,让甜甜圈冷却5分钟再轻轻地移到冷却架上让其完全冷却。
- 可搭配热茶、植物奶、水果或果酱享用!
