Triple Love Chocolate Cups


Mother's Day is mom’s special day and all moms deserve a day to be celebrated. Mother’s Day celebration even can last all month. Nothing says “I love you” more than spoiling your Mom with this simple hand-made chocolate recipe to indulge Mom's sweet tooth and make her one very happy lady.

 

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Yield:  9 chocolate cups

Ingredients:

For the chocolate
300g baking chocolate
1 teaspoon Biogreen 100% Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
¼ teaspoon Biogreen New Zealand Ocean Balance Sea Salt

For the pink colour filling
3 tablespoons Biogreen Pink Lady Oatmilk
1 tablespoon purified water
1 tablespoon Biogreen Pink Lady Pink Balance Nutritional Oil
1 teaspoon Biogreen O’Blue Organic Agave Nectar

For the purple colour filling
3 tablespoons Etblisse Emil a² Earth-Friendly Milk
2 tablespoon purified water
1 tablespoon Biogreen Pink Lady Pink Balance Nutritional Oil
1 teaspoon Biogreen O’Blue Organic Agave Nectar

For the light brown colour filling
3 tablespoon Etblisse Bamboo Salt Organic Peanut Butter (Crunchy)

Preparation Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients for each pink and purple fillings in two separate small bowls and set aside.
2. In a double boiler, melt the baking chocolate, coconut oil and sea salt, stir gradually until well combined. 
3. Fill 3 tablespoons of melted chocolate in the muffin liners then place in the fridge for about 10 minutes to harden.
4. Once the bottom layer of chocolate has set, fill 1 teaspoon of the pink/purple/light brown filling onto each chocolate base, then cover with the remaining liquid chocolate.
5. Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes to set and enjoy!
