5 grains, also known as 5 cereals, are a grouping of different types of farmed crops, mainly cereals, grains or beans. The combination of 5 grains provides complete amino acid, antioxidants, various types of vitamins and minerals. It is also an essential source of complex carbohydrates and fibre which help to manage blood sugar levels and reduce cholesterol level. 

Green Balance is made of organic wheatgrass and organic barley grass. In general, wheatgrass and barley grass help to eliminate body toxins and provide balanced nutrients to the body. The high level of chlorophyll in this combination may help to purify the liver, lower blood pressure and improve blood sugar metabolism.

Mix 2 tablespoons Five Grain Oatmilk (25g) + 1 teaspoon Green Balance (2g) + 250ml warm water in the tumbler, shake well and drink.
