Craving for something cool for the hot weather? Ice-cream and shaved iced are not the only options! Try this Super-green-dupey-chewy warabimochi, a delicacy enjoyed by Japanese during their cruel summer. Bet you will fall in love with this version of chilled, refreshing and chewy not-so-sweet dessert! 

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 3 servings

Ingredients:

Warabimochi
• 90g tapioca starch

• 3 tablespoons (30g) Biogreen Supergreen Soymilk Powder
• 3 tablespoons (45g) Biogreen O’Blue Organic Agave Nectar
• 350g purified water

Toppings
• 3 tablespoon (30g) Biogreen 5 Grain Oatmilk
• 1 tablespoon (6g) Biogreen Organic Green Balance Powder 

Syrup (optional)
• Biogreen O’Blue Organic Agave Syrup


Preparation Method:
1. Mix tapioca starch, Supergreen soymilk, agave nectar and water in a pot and stir well.

2. Bring to a boil using medium heat. Keep stirring.
3. Turn to low heat when the mixture starts to solidify, and begin to stir at a faster speed.
4. Remove from heat when the mixture has completely solidified and turned clear.
5. Pour the cooked mixture in a greased plate or mould. Let it cool to room temperature or chill for 20 minutes.
6. Pour the cooled dough in a cutting board sprinkled with topping powder.
7. Cut the dough using a wet knife and coat each small piece evenly with topping powder to prevent sticking.
8. Drizzle agave nectar or other preferred syrup onto warabimochi before serving for sweeter taste!

外层裹粉
• 3汤匙(30克)Biogreen 五谷燕麦奶

• 1汤匙(6克)Biogreen有机大小麦苗粉

糖浆(随喜)
• Biogreen O’Blue 有机金龙舌蜜


烹调方式:
1. 锅中放入木薯淀粉、有机大小麦草豆奶粉、有机金龙舌蜜及水,搅拌均匀即可。

2. 用大火煮滚,边煮边搅拌。慢慢煮至凝结后关小火,并加快搅拌速度以防止沾锅烧焦。
3. 煮至呈透明状后即可关火,随后倒入抹上少许油的碟或模具,静置冷却至凝固。您亦可置入冰箱20分钟以加快冷却速度。
4. 将冷却凝固后的蕨饼倒入撒上混合裹粉的砧板或碟子。
5. 刀子抹上水将蕨饼切成块状,并均匀沾上裹粉以防止沾粘。
6. 食用前可淋上有机龙舌兰蜜或任何您喜爱的糖浆。
