Health Tips:
♥ Strawberries are bright, juicy and sweet. They’re an excellent source of vitamin C and manganese and also contain decent amounts of folate and potassium. They are also rich in antioxidants and plant compounds, which may have benefits for heart health and blood sugar control.
♥  Hibiscus tea has a tart flavour similar to cranberries, and is rich in powerful antioxidants. Some research even show that drinking hibiscus tea may lower blood pressure, fight bacteria and aid weight loss.
