Stir-Fried Tofu With Honey Ginger Molasses Sauce

Yield: 3 servings 

• 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
• 1 carrot, sliced
• 1 head broccoli, cut into small florets
• 1 yellow bell pepper, cubed
• 1 onion, cubed
• 1 tablespoon Biogreen 100% Organic  Virgin Coconut Oil
• 1 teaspoon Biogreen G Seasoning Powder
• Black pepper (to taste)
• 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (to garnish)

Honey Ginger Molasses Sauce
• 3 tablespoons Biogreen Raw Honey

• 2 tablespoons Biogreen Organic Blackstrap Molasses
• 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
• 3 garlic cloves, grated
• ½  cup purified water
• 2 tablespoons Biogreen Bio-Enzymes Vinegar

Preparation Method:-
1. In a small bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients together until combined. Set aside.
2. Heat coconut oil over medium heat in a saucepan and then toss in onions and carrot, sautéing until the onion pieces become translucent.
3. Add in the broccoli, bell pepper and tofu, sauté for 5 minutes. Add seasoning powder and black pepper to taste.
4. Stir in the Honey Ginger Molasses Sauce.
5. Turn the heat off, garnish with sesame seeds. Ready to serve.
