Soft-Baked Banana Oatmeal Bars

Chinese New Year snacks are usually loaded with unhealthy sugar, fats and calories. Enjoy this delicious snack during Chinese New Year with no guiltiness involved. 

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Yield: 10-15

1 cup mashed bananas
1 ½ cups Etblisse Organic Quick Oat Flakes
2 tablespoons Biogreen 100% Pure Black Sesame Powder
½ cup peanut butter
2-4 tablespoons Biogreen Raw Honey
1 flax egg
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
¼ cup chocolate chips

Preparation Method:-
1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
2. In a bowl, add in mashed bananas, oat flakes, peanut butter, honey and flax egg, mix well.
3. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
4. Pour into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake at 190°C for 20 minutes.
6. Let cool, cut and serve.
