Ingredients:
• Approximately half a bunch of kale leaves
• ½ tbsp Biogreen 100% Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
• ¼ tsp Biogreen 84 Live Fine Sea Salt
• 1 tsp chopped garlic
Preparation Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 150oC.
2. Remove leaves from the stem of the kale and tear up to large pieces. Wash the leaves and dry them thoroughly with a spinner or towel.
3. Add the leaves in a large bowl, massage them with coconut oil until all parts of the leaves are coated in oil.
4. Sprinkle sea salt and chopped garlic, toss to combine.
5. Spread the seasoned leaves in a baking tray laid with baking sheet, and bake in the preheated oven for 7 minutes.
6. Rotate the tray and bake for another 6-8 minutes more until the kale begin to firm up.
7. Cool the kale on sheet for 3 minutes and they are ready to serve!
