Preparation Time: 55 minutes
Steaming Time: 30 minutes

Pink Lady Layer:

  •          100g small sago pearl
  •          50g shredded coconuts
  •          30g fresh coconut milk
  •          50g Pink Lady Oatmilk + 75mL Water/Beetroot juice ( for better appearance)
  •          25g Etblisse Organic Raw Cane Sugar
  •          ¼  tsp biogreen 84 live Fine Sea Salt

Dates Syrup Layer:

  •          100g small sago pearl
  •          50g shredded coconuts
  •          80g Biogreen 100% Pure Dates Syrup + 20mL water
  •          30g fresh coconut milk
  •          ¼ tsp Biogreen 84 Live Fine Sea Salt

Cooking Instructions:

  1.        Mix 50g of Pink Lady Oatmilk Powder with beetroot juice.
  2.        Bring 1500ml of water to a boil in a pot, then add 200g of sago pearls. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat and cover the pot for 20 minutes.
  3.        Drain the cooked sago pearls using a colander, removing as much water as possible. Add Pink Lady Oatmilk, shredded coconut, coconut milk, sugar, and salt to the drained sago pearls. Mix well and set aside for 30 minutes.
  4.        For the date syrup layer, drain the cooked sago pearls and add date syrup, shredded coconut, coconut milk, sugar, and salt to them. Mix well and set aside for 30 minutes.
  5.        Strain both the Pink Lady and date syrup sago mixtures again to remove excess liquid.
  6.        Fill the mold halfway with Pink Lady sago mixture and steam for 10 minutes. Then, add the date syrup sago mixture as the next layer and press down. Steam for another 10 minutes.
  7.        Remove the mold and set aside to cool down. Put it into the refrigerator for better texture.
  8.        Use a knife to loosen the sides and release the sago cake. Garnish with shredded coconut before serving.

Pink Lady Layer

  • 100克小西米珍珠

  1.        将50克Pink Lady与甜菜根汁混合。
  2.        在锅中煮沸1500毫升水,然后加入200克西米珍珠。中火煮5分钟,不停搅拌。熄火并盖上锅盖焖20分钟。
  3.        使用滤网将煮熟的西米珍珠沥干,尽量去除水分。将Pink Lady、椰丝、椰浆、糖和盐加入沥干的西米珍珠中搅拌均匀,静置30分钟。
  4.        至于Dates Syrup Layer,将煮熟的西米珍珠沥干,然后加入椰枣蜜、椰丝、椰浆、糖和盐,搅拌均匀,静置30分钟。
  5.        再次将Pink Lady和Date Syrup西米混合物过滤,去除多余的水分。
  6.        将Pink Lady西米填满一半的模具,蒸10分钟。接着,加入椰枣西米作为下一层并压紧。再蒸10分钟。
  7.        取出模具,放置待凉。放入冰箱以获得更佳的口感。撒上椰丝后即可尽情享用。
