Health Tips:-
Different colors from fruits and vegetables provide various types of antioxidants, such as carotenoids (mango/pineapple), lycopene (strawberries), anthocyanins (prune paste), chlorophyll (Green Balance powder/spinach), which helps to reduce free radicals in children who are exposed to environmental chemicals.
Soya milk contains soya isoflavone and soya saponins, which confer strong antioxidant properties for better immunity in children.
Recommended for children above 4 years old or adults with poor immunity, lack of appetite or malnourished.
