Dipping sauce:


  1. Soak vermicelli in hot water for 10 minutes, rinse in cold water and drain.
  2. Shred carrots, wakame and shiitake mushrooms, blanch and  then chill in ice water for later use.
  3. After shredding the cucumber, chill them in ice water.
  4. Fry the eggs and cut them into strips.
  5. Prepare the sauce.
  6. Mix the sauce with the vermicelli and other ingredients.
