Ingredients:
- 20g etblisse 100% Natural Dried Wakame Seaweed
- 1 handful of vermicelli
- 20g shredded carrot
- ½ small cucumber
- 5 Shiitake mushrooms
- 2 eggs
Dipping sauce:
- 20ml etblisse Organic Japanese Artisan Soy Sauce
- 2tbsp Biogreen Bioenzyme Vinegar
- A pinch of Biogreen 84 Live Sea Salt
- 2tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
Instructions:
- Soak vermicelli in hot water for 10 minutes, rinse in cold water and drain.
- Shred carrots, wakame and shiitake mushrooms, blanch and then chill in ice water for later use.
- After shredding the cucumber, chill them in ice water.
- Fry the eggs and cut them into strips.
- Prepare the sauce.
- Mix the sauce with the vermicelli and other ingredients.

- ½ 条小黄瓜
- 5朵香菇
- 2颗鸡蛋
酱料:
- 20ml etblisse有机日式本酿造有机酱油
- 2大匙 Biogreen 生机酵素醋
- 少许 Biogreen 84活性海盐
- 2大匙麻油
- 1大匙蔗糖
烹调方式:
- 冬粉放入热水浸泡10分钟后立即用冷水冲洗并沥干水分切小段。
- 红萝卜、海翅藻、香菇切丝后,焯烫约两分钟,再放入冰水中冰镇备用。
- 小黄瓜刨丝后直接放入冰水中冰镇。
- 鸡蛋煎成蛋皮再切丝条。
- 所有调味料混合。
- 将酱料倒入冬粉中混合再依序将所有食材倒入拌匀。
