Pickled Cherry Tomatoes

Yield:  20 -30 pieces


Preparation Method:

  1. Wash cherry tomatoes thoroughly, slice a shallow cross in the bottom of each tomato.
  2. Place the tomatoes into boiling water for 1 minute, and then remove the outer skin
  3. Place the peeled tomatoes into a clean container; add in sugar, honey, apple cider vinegar and flaxseed oil.
  4. Mix well and close the container tightly. Keep in refrigerator for overnight before serving.
