Ingredients:-
• 1 medium-sized apple (80g)
• 4 tablespoons (50g) Biogreen O’Soy Plus Organic Soya Milk (sugar-free/low-sugar)
• 2 tablespoons (20g) Biogreen PreBalance powder
• 2 tablespoons (30g) peanut butter
• 1 cup (150g) ice cubes
• 1 cup (150g) water 

Preparation method:-
1. Peel and cut apples into chunks.
2. Mix all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Ready to serve.
