Green papaya or unripe papaya is a popular galactagogue in Asian countries for centuries. It is believed to boost breastmilk production. Coupled with Chinese yam and corn, this soup provides a nutritious combination with antioxidants, dietary fibre and vitamin B complex to ease digestion and nutrient absorption as well as promoting post-delivery recovery.

Ingredients:-
• 1 medium sized green papaya, peeled, chunked
• 1 stick fresh Chinese yam (Huai Shan), peeled, chunked
• 1 ear fresh corn, cob, quartered
• 6-8 seedless red dates
• 6-8 fresh oyster mushrooms, rinsed
• 1 handful wolfberries, rinsed
• 2 tablespoons Biogreen PreBalance Powder
• 1 teaspoon Biogreen G Seasoning Powder
• Biogreen 84 Live Sea Salt (Fine) to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
• 3000ml purified water
Preparation Method:-
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add in Chinese yam, papaya, sweet corn, red dates and bring this to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to low fire, cover the pot and simmer for 2.5 hours.
3. Add the oyster mushrooms and wolfberries, simmer for another 20-30 minutes.
4. Season the soup with G Seasoning powder, sea salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Add in PreBalance Powder, stir well and serve hot.
