Ingredients:
Gyoza skin
- 20 store-bought gyoza wrappers
- Filtered water
Gyoza filling
- 100g cabbage, shredded
- 50g carrot, shredded
- 100g king oyster mushroom, cut into small pieces
- 30g Biogreen Organic Supertrio Energy Powder
- ½ tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 green onion/scallion, chopped
Gyoza filling seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp miso
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Biogreen 84 Live Fine Sea Salt and pepper, to taste
Frying gyoza
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- ¼ cup filtered water
- 1 tsp roasted sesame oil
Dipping sauce
- 1 tbsp Biogreen Ume Plum Enzyme
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp chili oil
Preparation Method:
- In a large bowl, mix all gyoza filling ingredients and seasonings together until evenly mixed.
- Take a wrapper and place it in the palm of your non-dominant hand. Add 1 heaped teaspoon of filling to the centre of the dumpling wrapper.
- Brush the edges with water and fold the dumpling creating hand fan pattern or any patterns as desired (make sure to seal the seams without any air pockets).
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the gyoza and fry for 2-3 minutes or until the bottoms are nicely-browned.
- Pour in about ¼ cup of water and cover with a lid. Steam for 7-8 minutes or until the water has evaporated.
- Drizzle sesame oil around the pan and further pan-fried until the gyoza is nice and crispy on the bottom.
- Transfer to a plate and serve gyoza with readily mixed dipping sauce.

- 20 现成饺子皮

饺子馅
- 100克包菜, 切碎
- 50克红萝卜, 切碎
- 100克杏鲍菇, 切成小块状

- 1条青葱, 切碎
馅料调味
- 1 汤匙酱油
- 半汤匙味噌
- 1 汤匙芝麻油
- 适量Biogreen 84活性幼海盐及胡椒粉
煎饺子
- 1 汤匙烹饪油
- ¼ 杯过滤水
- 1 茶匙烤芝麻油
饺子沾酱
- 1 汤匙Biogreen乌梅养生醋
- 1汤匙酱油
- 1/8 茶匙辣椒油
烹调方式:
- 在一个大碗里,将所有饺子馅料的食材及调味料混合均匀。
- 取一片饺子皮放在您的非惯用手掌上。在饺子皮的中心加入一茶匙的饺子馅料。
- 用水沾湿饺子皮的边缘,并折叠成扇子形或任何你想要的形状。折叠过程中请确保接缝处封紧且饺子内无任何气泡。
- 以中火加热平底锅里的油,依次排入饺子再煎个2至3分钟或直到饺子底部呈棕褐色。
- 之后,倒入约¼ 杯过滤水并盖上锅盖让饺子蒸煮7至8 分钟或直到水完全蒸发。
- 在锅里淋上芝麻油,继续煎至饺子的底部变脆。
- 把饺子放入盘中搭配已准备好的饺子沾酱一同享用。
