Who said you can’t enjoy your favourite Italian dessert the vegan way? This vegan panna cotta uses agar agar powder as a substitute for the usual gelatin. The result? Yum-yum!

Ingredients
Multigrain Panna Cotta
- 300ml etblisse OYA Grain Grind
- 30g etblisse Organic Raw Cane Sugar
- 3g agar powder
Cocoa Panna Cotta
- 300ml etblisse OYA Choccy Bean
- 30g etblisse Organic Raw Cane Sugar
- 3g agar powder
Topping
- etblisse 100% Pure Pine Honey
- Fresh mango and strawberries
Preparation Method
- In a sauce pan, add all the ingredients for the panna cotta and whisk until the agar powder is dissolved.
- On medium heat, bring to a boil for 4 times, while whisking continuously.
- Pour the hot liquid into small dessert cups and let set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve the panna cotta with a drizzle of pine honey and your favourite fruits on top!

- 新鲜芒果及草莓
烹调方式
- 锅中倒入奶冻的所有材料并搅拌均匀直至燕菜粉融化。
- 中火加热且不停搅拌至沸腾4次。
- 倒入容器并放入冰箱至少2个小时冷藏定型。
- 在奶冻加上一些松树蜂蜜及您最喜欢的水果就能享用啦!
