Osmanthus Jelly

On a hot summer days, what are your favorite sweets to enjoy and cool down? If you're throwing a summer party these are sure to be a big hit! 


Yield: 28 jellies
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

• 1 packet (10g) agar-agar powder
• 1 liter purified water
• 2 tablespoon O’Blue Organic Agave Nectar
• 2 teaspoons dried osmanthus flowers
• 3 tablespoons Biogreen Goji Enzymes
• 2 teaspoons goji soaked in water until puffy; drained

Preparation Method:-
1. In a saucepan, add water and agar-agar powder. Stir it around until all the agar-agar powder have dissolved and bring it to a boil.
2. Turn off heat, stir in Agave Nectar, Goji Enzyme, dried Osmanthus and soaked goji.
3. Pour into jelly molds or a container/glass.
4. Let the jelly cool down a bit at room temperature, then put them into fridge until the jelly is set.
