A: No cooking is required for this product. Just add 3 tablespoon (35g) into 200ml hot water, stir well and it is ready to serve. It can also be made into oatmeal, porridge, muesli or used as an ingredient in bread, cookies or energy bar recipes depending on your preference and creativity.
