Mix 1 tablespoon (20g) with 200ml of warm water, or mixed with oatmilk, soya milk, coffee or tea.  Twice a day. Can be used to replace dark soy sauce in cooking, for salad dressing or marinade sauces.

Q1.What is unsulphured molasses?

At times when molasses is extracted, a chemical called sulphur dioxide is used as a processing aid and preservative. It is typically used when young or unripened sugar canes are used. Unsulphured molasses is made using mature sugar cane stocks without any sulphur dioxide or any other preservatives. Unsulphured molasses is considered more desirable since it is more natural and has a cleaner and authentic taste. Also, some people, especially young children are allergic to sulphur dioxide.

Q2.Can I use Blackstrap Molasses to replace brown sugar?

If a recipe is calling for brown sugar, you can use 2-3 tablespoons of Blackstrap Molasses per cup of white sugar to replace brown sugar. In most instances, you can add the molasses and sugar straight into the recipe to be mixed with the other ingredients.

Q3.Does Blackstrap Molasses require refrigeration?

Refrigeration is not required for Blackstrap Molasses. However, it is important to store away from heat and direct sunlight.
