No-bake Christmas Chocolate Salami


Looking for some easy to made Christmas dessert to be served after the main course? This no-bake Christmas chocolate salami is made from dark chocolate, dates and nuts for a rich, crunchy and natural sweetness. Skipping high fat cream and topping in traditional desserts, this twisted version is giving you energy boost from natural ingredients!

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Chilling Time:  2-3 hours
Yield:  5-6 servings

Ingredients :

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons Biogreen 100% Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons Biogreen Enrich Pro Oatmilk (1/2 tablespoon +15ml warm water)
  • 2 tablespoons Etblisse Genki Cocoa
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 30g nuts/seeds of choice
  • 50g cookies or biscuits of choice
  • Powdered sugar for coating

Cooking Instructions : 

  1. Crumble the cookies or biscuits by hand or bashed within a freezer bag.
  2. Chop the nuts or seeds of choice in smaller size.
  3. Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate along with coconut oil and milk.
  4. Once melted, stir gently together with vanilla paste and mix in Genki Cocoa powder gradually.
  5. Stir in crushed cookies and nuts or seeds.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a large piece of cling film and wrap into a sausage shape. Place the log into the fridge for about 2-3 hours and finished up with powdered sugar dusting.
  7. Slice up and enjoy!

  4. 待完全融化后,再加入香草酱一起轻轻搅拌,并逐渐拌入元气可可粉。
  5. 倒入弄碎的饼干和坚果一起搅拌。
  6. 将混合物倒入一大块保鲜膜中并包成香肠状。放入冰箱约 2-3 小时冷藏以便定型。
  7. 最后,撒上糖粉就可切片享用!
