• 150g Etblisse Organic Quick Oat Flakes
• 6 tablespoons Etblisse Bamboo Salt Organic Peanut Butter (Creamy)
• 3 tablespoons Biogreen 100% Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
• 2 tablespoons Biogreen Enrich Oatmilk
• 2 tablespoons Biogreen Raw Honey
• 150ml low fat coconut milk
• 50ml purified water
• 1 tablespoon mung bean starch
• 6 tablespoons Biogreen O’Kid Cocoa Oatmilk
1. Blend crust ingredients in a food processor or blender until well combined.
2. Roll the tart crust pastry into balls and press into greased muffin tin. Then, freeze the crust for 30 minutes.
3. Once tarts are hard enough in the freezer, pop them out and put them on a rack to ready for use.
4. For the chocolate filling, mix coconut milk, water, mung bean starch and cocoa oatmilk together and cook on medium low heat until it thickens.
5. Fill the tart crusts with the chocolate filling and keep refrigerated for 30 minutes. Ready to serve!
