Q: Does this product contain hydrogenated oils or trans fats?

A: No, we do not tolerate hydrogenated oils or trans fats in any of our products, they are essentially free from trans fats. 

Q: Can diabetics take this product?

A: This product has added sugars from organic whole cane sugar and icing sugar. However, diabetics are allowed to take any products, as long as they take into consideration amount of carbohydrate taken in a meal. One packet (19g) of Multigrain Crackers contains about 12g carbohydrate, which is equivalent to 1 slice of bread / 3 pcs plain crackers.
