Mango Collagen Pudding

Mangoes are excellent sources of dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. The polyphenols found in mangoes can help to strengthen your immune system and promote better breast health. Try this mango collagen pudding to share with your loved ones.

Preparation Time: 40-50 minutes 

Ingredients:-
• 2 medium-size ripe mangoes (peeled and cut into chunks)
• 1 golden kiwi (peeled and cut into cubes)
• 5g agar-agar
• 700ml water
• 2 tablespoons Biogreen® O’ Soy Plus Organic Soya Milk (Sugar free)
• 1 tablespoons Biogreen® O’ Young Natural Collagen
• 3 - 4 tablespoons Ebliss Organic Unrefined coconut sugar 

Preparation Methods:-
1. Blend the mangoes and kiwi in a blender into smooth puree. Place in the fridge.
2. In a separate cup, mix 2 tablespoons soya milk in 200ml water. Set it aside.
3. In a small pot, boil 500ml water and agar-agar on medium heat. Stir and let it simmer until agar-agar is dissolved in water.
4. Add the blended puree, soya milk, and coconut sugar and bring it to boil. Once the mixture boils, turn off the heat immediately. Mix 1 tablespoon of collagen powder into the boiled mixture and stir evenly.
5. Pour into mould or small cups.
6. Chill it in the fridge before serve!
