Kiwi Ice Pops

Kiwis are loaded with vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant which fights free radicals that may cause inflammation, chronic diseases and cancer. It also aids in boosting body immunity against infections.

 

Yield: 4 popsicles
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Chilling Time: 6 hours 

Ingredients:-
4 ripe kiwis, peeled and chunked
1 ripe kiwi, peeled and sliced
1½ cups purified water
3 tablespoons Biogreen O’Kid High Protein Organic Soya Milk Powder
2 teaspoons Biogreen O’Blue Organic Agave Nectar
½ teaspoon Biogreen 84 Live Sea Salt (Fine) 

Preparation Method:-
1. Clean and cut the kiwis as needed.
2. Blend chunked kiwis, water, soya milk powder, agave nectar and sea salt in a blender for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
3. Place sliced kiwis in popsicle moulds. Use chopsticks or the back of a spoon to press kiwi to the sides of the mould.
4. Pour the mixture into the popsicle mould and insert the popsicle sticks.
5. Freeze for 6 hours or until completely frozen.
6. Run the popsicle mould under warm water to remove the frozen popsicles.
7. Ready to serve.
