Stay hydrated and eat less sugar!!
Preparation Time: 5-10 minutes

Ingredients:-
Digestive Water
• 2 apples, thinly sliced
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 1 litre purified water
Energy-Boosting Water
• 10 pieces fresh pineapple chunks
• 5 thinly sliced ginger
• ½ lime, thinly sliced
• 2 rosemary sprig
• 1 litre purified water
Glowing Skin Water
• 1 orange, thinly sliced
• 1 lemon, thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, lightly crushed
• 1 litre purified water
Purifying Water
• 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
• ½ cup strawberry, sliced
• 2 limes, thinly sliced
• 8 mint leaves, lightly crushed
• 1 litre purified water
Antioxidant Water
• 2 cups watermelon balls
• 2 kiwis, sliced
• 10-15 basil leaves, muddled
• 1 litre purified water
Preparation Method:-
1. In a large glass jar/jug, place the desired combination of fruits or herbs.
2. Fill with purified water and stir well.
3. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator and enjoy.
