Preparation Method

Mix 1 tablespoon (10g) with 200ml warm water (avoid hot water), can be added into soya milk, oatmilk or juice, or sprinkle on cooked rice, porridge, soup, salad, as snack or use to make bread and cookies. Take 1-3 servings a day.

Storage Method

Please keep in cool, dry place. Avoid heat and direct sunlight. Once open, please consume within 60 days or keep refrigerated and consume within 120 days for its best quality.
