Honey Citrus Salad

Citrus fruits like oranges and grapefruits are excellent sources of vitamin C and antioxidants, which help to support body immunity, reduce inflammation and possibly lowering risks of cardiovascular diseases.

Ingredients:-
2 oranges, segmented
2 grapefruits, segmented
Zest of one lime
1 tablespoon fresh mint, minced 

Honey Prune Dressing
1 tablespoon Biogreen Prune Enzymes

Preparation Method:-
1. Segment fruit over a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, prepare the honey prune dressing by mixing together prune enzymes, honey and nutritional oil until combined.
3. Drizzle honey prune dressing over the citrus segments and top with lime zest and mint leaves. Mix gently.
4. Serve immediately or chilled.
