Who doesn’t like a crispy and fluffy waffle? Try out this vegan hi-fibre wholegrain waffle! The newest way to give yourself a treat. Fill every bite with nutrients and happiness!

Ingredients:

Instructions: 

  1. Prepare 1 serving of etblisse Hi-Fibre Grains+ with 200ml of warm water.
  2. Mix reconstituted Hi-Fibre Grains+ drink with apple cider vinegar together in a small bowl, and set aside for about 5 minutes.
  3. Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl.
  4. Add sugar, coconut oil and other wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
  5. Gently mix the batter with a spatula. The batter should be thick and have some lumps.
  6. Preheat the waffle maker to 160°C.
  7. Scoop some batter using a ½ cup measuring cup and pour into the middle of greased waffle maker.
  8. Cook each waffle for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve with your favourite toppings like cranberries, blueberries, honey and yoghurt!

  2. 将面粉、泡打粉和盐筛入一个大碗中。
  3. 将糖、椰子油和其他湿原料加入干原料中,并用烘培刮刀轻轻搅拌。面糊应该很厚并且有一些结块。
  4. 预热华夫饼机至 160摄氏度。
  5. 舀½杯面糊倒入抹了油的华夫饼机中间,煮约 5 分钟。
  6. 成品克搭配您最喜欢的配料,如蔓越莓、蓝莓、蜂蜜和酸奶等
