Healthy Red Dragon Smoothie

Red dragon fruit is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fibers which confer various health benefits such as delays aging, improving the health of skin and eye and boost immune system.

 

Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes
Yield: 1-2 servings 

Ingredients:-
• 1 medium-sized red dragon fruit (peeled and cut into chunks)
• ½ medium-sized frozen banana
• ½ cup cucumber (peeled and sliced)
• 2 tablespoons Biogreen ® Pink Lady Oatmilk
• 1 tablespoon Biogreen ® O’Soy Plus Organic Soya Milk (Low Sugar)
• 1 teaspoon Biogreen ® Pink Lady Pink Balance Nutritional Oil
• 200ml cold water 

Preparation method:-
1. Mix the Biogreen ® Pink Lady Oatmilk and soya milk with cold water.
2. Place the red dragon fruit, banana and cucumber along with the mixture from Step 1 in a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Add in Biogreen® Pink Lady Pink Balance Nutritional Oil as an optional glaze.
4. Ready to serve.
