Health Tips:-
Replacing white bread with whole-grain or wholemeal bread and inclusion of fruits increase the nutritional value and fibre content of the bento meal.
Consuming fruits and wholegrain products with fructo-oligosaccharides from Biogreen® Oligo Honey promotes the growth of friendly bacteria in the gut, thereby improving constipation and nutrient absorption in children.
Biogreen® O’Kid Focus Organic Flax Seed Oil provides plant-based omega-3 fats which enhances visual and brain development in children, particularly those below the age of 3 years.
