Ingredients:-
• 2 slices whole grain bread
• 1 mandarin orange
• 6 cherry tomatoes
• 4 blueberries
• 1 tablespoon Biogreen® Oligo Honey
• 1 tablespoon vegan butter
Red bean paste
• 2 tablespoons red bean paste
• 1 tablespoon Biogreen® Oligo Honey
• 1 teaspoon Biogreen® O’Kid Focus Organic Flax Seed Oil
• 1 teaspoon Biogreen® O’Blue Organic Agave Nectar
Preparation method:-
1. Spread the honey and vegan butter onto the whole grain bread.
2. Use 2 blueberries and 1 slice of mandarin oranges for the eyes and the beak of the chick.
3. Slice the cherry tomato into half, make a “V” cut at the top.
4. Assemble the fruits on the whole grain bread.
5. Assemble the rest of the fruits around the whole grain bread.
6. Spread the red bean paste onto the bread before serving.
