Halloween Latte Cookies

Halloween is just around the corner, and you still have no idea what or how to surprise your children? Worry no more, we have an insanely simple, nutritious yet delicious Halloween coffee cookies recipe for you to follow along!

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 12 minutes
Yield: 12 cookies


• 150g all-purpose flour

• 3 sachets (90g) Etblisse Soy Coffee Latte
• 110g vegan butter
• 80g organic whole cane sugar
• 1 egg 

• 120g organic whole cane sugar

• 1 tablespoons filtered water

For brown glazing
2 tablespoons (16g) Biogreen Cocoa Soymilk Powder

For orange glazing
1/8 teaspoon turmeric

Preparation Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.

2. Using a stand/hand mixer, cream the butter and sugar together.
3. Add the egg while mixing.
4. Pour in the flour and soy latte powder and continue mixing until everything is well incorporated.
5. Put the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper, flatten it and chill in the refrigerator for around 1-2 hours to firm up.
6. Once chilled, remove from refrigerator and place on a rolling matt/parchment paper, sprinkle with flour and roll out with a rolling pin.
7. Use any cookie cutter of your preference to cut out the cookies. Re-roll the extra scraps for more cookies.
8. Bake on a non-stick baking sheet in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes and wait for them to cool down before decorating. 

1. Whisk the sugar, natural colouring of your choice and water together until thick.
2. Decorate the cookies to your liking.

2. 以站立式/手动搅拌器将黄油及有机蔗糖打发。
3. 黄油及蔗糖打发后再拌入鸡蛋。
4. 倒入面粉及豆奶那铁粉并持续搅拌直到所有成分混合均匀。
5. 将面团放在两片烤盘纸之间,压扁后放入冰箱大约1个小时左右或直到硬化。
6. 面团冷却后,从冰箱取出并放在烤盘垫或烤盘纸上,撒上面粉并以棍棒滚平。
7. 使用任何你喜欢的模型切割器切出您想要的曲奇形状。多余的面团可再杆平以获取更多的曲奇。
8. 把烤盘放入预热好的烤箱烘烤10~12分钟,取出后待冷却下来再进行装饰。 

1. 将细糖粉、您所选择的天然调色剂及水一起搅拌至浓稠。
2. 根据您的喜好装饰这些曲奇!
