Golden Bliss Pumpkin Tofu


Who doesn’t like fresh, sweet and dense Golden Bliss Pumpkin Tofu? May you be blessed with many children, long-term luck, prosperity and wealth!  Substituting salted egg yolk with pumpkin not only novel, but also helps to reduce cholesterol intake. Taste softer and delicious!

Cooking time: 20 minutes
Yield:  3 servings 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pumpkin【Around 300g pumpkin to be pureed】
  • 1 pack tofu

Instructions:

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  2. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces.
  3. Put about 300g of pumpkin cubes into the steamer and steam for 15 minutes (pumpkin juice for later use)
  4. Use a blender to mash the steamed pumpkin.
  5. Fry tofu on a pan until golden on both sides.
  6. Fry the remaining pumpkin until cooked.
  7. Pour the pureed pumpkin into the saucepan and stir until thickened.
  8. Add the fried tofu and pumpkin.
  9. Flip the tofu until its covered with pumpkin sauce.

材料

  • 1个南瓜【300克南瓜(南瓜泥)】
  • 1 包豆腐

烹调方式:

  1. 把豆腐切成块状。
  2. 南瓜切成小块。
  3. 把约300克的南瓜小块放进蒸炉蒸上15分钟(南瓜泥备用)。
  4. 使用一个打果汁机把蒸好南瓜搅碎。
  5. 在一个平底锅上煎豆腐至两面金黄。
  6. 煎剩余的南瓜至熟。
  7. 把搅成糊状的南瓜倒入平底锅搅拌至浓稠。
  8. 加入已煎好的豆腐及南瓜,翻转至入味即可盛盘。
