Ingredients:
- 1 pumpkin【Around 300g pumpkin to be pureed】
- 1 pack tofu
Instructions:
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- Cut the pumpkin into small pieces.
- Put about 300g of pumpkin cubes into the steamer and steam for 15 minutes (pumpkin juice for later use)
- Use a blender to mash the steamed pumpkin.
- Fry tofu on a pan until golden on both sides.
- Fry the remaining pumpkin until cooked.
- Pour the pureed pumpkin into the saucepan and stir until thickened.
- Add the fried tofu and pumpkin.
- Flip the tofu until its covered with pumpkin sauce.

烹调方式:
- 把豆腐切成块状。
- 南瓜切成小块。
- 把约300克的南瓜小块放进蒸炉蒸上15分钟(南瓜泥备用)。
- 使用一个打果汁机把蒸好南瓜搅碎。
- 在一个平底锅上煎豆腐至两面金黄。
- 煎剩余的南瓜至熟。
- 把搅成糊状的南瓜倒入平底锅搅拌至浓稠。
- 加入已煎好的豆腐及南瓜,翻转至入味即可盛盘。
