Five Fortunes Golden Rolls


Five good fortunes or blessings, namely luck, prosperity, wealth, happiness, and longevity is one of several auspicious sayings you might hear during Chinese New Year. Incorporated into dishes with variety of colourful ingredients, this festive reunion table will definitely cheerful and lit!

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time:  15 minutes
Yield:  5-6 servings

Ingredients: 

Vegetables filling

  • 120g bean sprout, halved
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 1 stalk celery, julienned
  • 5 pieces Biogreen Organic Flower Mushroom, soaked and thinly sliced 
  • 1 king oyster mushroom, julienned
  • ½ red capsicum, julienned 

Wrap

  • 3 pieces of soy skin sheet
  • Wheat flour batter, for sealing purpose 

Seasonings

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Lightly fry all ingredients for vegetables filling with some oil.
  2. Seasoned with white pepper, mushroom paste and salt.
  3. Slightly thickened with corn starch water, and set aside in a bowl to let it cool.
  4. Spread a sheet of soy skin and place about 2 tablespoons of cooked vegetables filling at the centre.
  5. Rolled the soy skin carefully while sealing both ends together.
  6. Apply some batter at the end to seal the roll.
  7. Lightly fry the completed rolls in a non-stick pan with a little oil.
  8. Fry until all sides are golden brown.
  9. Diagonally cut the roll and the dish is ready to be served.

内陷

  • 120克豆苗,切短备用
  • 1根红萝卜,切丝备用
  • 1根西芹,切丝备用
  • 5朵Biogreen有机茶花香菇,泡软备用
  • 1个杏鲍菇,切丝备用
  • 半个红灯笼椒,切丝备用 

卷皮

  • 3张腐皮
  • 面糊(用于封口) 

调味料


烹调方式:
 

  1. 将所有备好的内陷食材逐一下锅翻炒,并加入所有调味料加以调味。
  2. 炒好的内陷蔬菜搁置一个大碗放凉。
  3. 摊开一张完整的腐皮,将2汤匙内陷放入腐皮的中央,并轻轻卷起再以面糊封口。
  4. 卷好后,放入含有少许油的不粘锅小火慢煎,并翻面煎至金黄即可。
  5. 将煎好的黄金卷对半斜切,即可摆盘上桌。
