Mix 1 sachet (30g) in 200ml warm water (avoid hot water). Stir well and serve. It may contain dietary fibre that will naturally settle at the bottom of cup.

A: This product is sweetened with unrefined cane sugar. However, this is a low-sugar formulation with one serving (30g) having 2 grams sucrose. The American Heart Association (AHA) recommends no more than 6 teaspoons (25 grams) of added sugar per day for women and 9 teaspoons (38 grams) for men.
