Preparation Method

Empty one sachet (30g) in 180ml breastmilk or warm water (avoid hot water), stir or shake well and serve. Its dietary fibre will naturally settle at the bottom of the bottle or cup after preparation. 

Storage Method

Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight. Use within 8 weeks after opening.
