Ingredients:-
• 250g English spinach, rinsed
• 1 tablespoon Biogreen 100% Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
• 1 tablespoon roasted peanuts
• ½ teaspoon white sesame seeds
Creamy Peanut Sauce
• 3 tablespoons purified water
• 2 tablespoons Etblisse Bamboo Salt Organic Peanut Butter (Smooth)
• 1 tablespoon light soya sauce
• Biogreen G Seasoning Powder (to taste)
• Etblisse Organic Whole Cane Sugar (to taste)
Preparation Method:-
1. Prepare the peanut sauce by mixing all ingredients until combined. Set aside.
2. Fill a cooking pot with water. Bring it to a boil.
3. Add spinach and simmer over medium-low heat until tender. Drain and stir in coconut oil, set aside.
4. Drizzle peanut sauce on the spinach.
5. Garnish with roasted peanuts and white sesame seeds. Ready to serve.
