Easy 7 Layered Salad

Vegetables are extremely low in calories and high in dietary fibre and antioxidants. They also contain folic acid, magnesium, calcium and potassium that beneficial for the optimum functioning of the heart.

Preparation Time: 15-20 minutes 

Ingredients:-
- 1 packet salad greens
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 green onions, sliced
- ½ cup boiled corn
- 1 capsicum, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons Biogreen 100% Organic Prune Paste
- 1 tablespoon Biogreen Organic Extra Virgin Golden Flax Seed Oil
- 1 tablespoon Bio-Enzymes Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Biogreen PreBalance Powder 

Preparation method:-
1. Place greens in a large glass bowl; top with layers of celery, tomatoes, onions, corn and capsicum.
2. Spread the mixture of prune paste, flax seed oil and Bio-Enzyme vinegar over onion.
3. Sprinkle with prebalance powder and ready to serve.
