Cran Apple Crumble

Apples are loaded with dietary fibre and anti-inflammatory compounds which aids in reducing cholesterol level, protect against heart diseases, prevent constipation and reduce the risk of cancer.

For the filling
• 3 cups red apples, cored, diced

• 1 cup Biogreen PAC-37 Whole Dried Cranberries
• 3 tablespoons Biogreen Raw Honey
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 

For the topping
• ½ cup wholemeal flour

• ½ cup Etblisse Organic Quick Oat Flakes
• ¼ cup Biogreen 100% Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
• 2 tablespoons Biogreen Raw Honey
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon Biogreen 84 Live Sea Salt (Fine) 

Preparation Method:-
1. Preheat oven to 190°C. Grease a 9x9 baking dish with a little coconut oil.
2. In the prepared baking dish, combine the filling ingredients. Toss a few times with a large spoon to combine.
3. In a medium bowl, combine the topping ingredients. Using clean hands, mix the topping until it is well combined. Crumble topping evenly over the cranberry apple mixture.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until topping looks slightly crispy and brown.
5. Ready to serve.
