Cold Zucchini Salad with Umeboshi Plum Dressing

Yield: 2-3 servings

1 large zucchini, chilled before slicing
1 red onion, sliced
2 tablespoons Biogreen Plum Drink

Dill, chopped
Lemon zest

Preparation Method:-
1. In a bowl, combine zucchini and onion slices.
2. In a separate bowl, prepare the plum dressing by mixing plum drink, flaxseed oil and sea salt.
