Coffee Latte Jelly Milk Tea

Ingredients:

Coffee Latte Jelly
• 1 sachet (30g) Etblisse Soy Latte

• 200ml purified water
• 1 teaspoon (2.5g) agar-agar powder 

Soymilk Tea
• 2 tablespoons (30g) Biogreen O’Soy Plus Organic Soy Milk Powder (Low Cane Sugar)

• 2 black tea bags
• 200ml hot water


Preparation Method:
1. Dissolve soy latte powder and agar-agar powder with water in a pot.

2. Bring it to a boil and remove from the heat after simmering for 1-2 minutes in medium heat.
3. Pour the liquid into a shallow plate or mould. Wait it to cool down and set at room temperature or 30 minutes in a chiller.
4. To prepare soymilk tea, brew the tea bags with boiling hot water for few minutes.
5. After removing the tea bags, add in soy milk powder into black tea and stir well. You can chill the soymilk tea to enjoy your milk tea cold.
6. Cut the cooled and set coffee latte jelly into small cubes, and served together with chilled soymilk tea in a tall glass.

材料:

咖啡拿铁冻
• 1条装(30克)Etblisse 豆奶拿铁

• 200毫升纯净水
• 1茶匙(2.5克)燕菜粉

豆奶茶
• 2汤匙(30克)Biogreen O’Soy Plus 有机低糖去皮豆奶粉

• 2小包红茶包
• 200毫升热水

准备方式:
1. 把豆奶拿铁,燕菜粉及过滤水加入锅中,搅拌均匀至完全溶解。

2. 大火煮滚后,转至中火再煮个1至2分钟即可熄火。
3. 倒入一个浅盘或方形模具,置放室温或冰箱冷却至凝固。
4. 以热开水冲泡红茶包几分钟。取出红茶包后加入豆粉搅拌均匀直完全溶解。若喜欢冰凉口感,您也可将泡好的豆奶茶冷藏备用。
5. 将成型的咖啡拿铁冻切成小块,盛入玻璃杯再倒上冷却的豆奶茶即可!
