Cocoa Oatmilk Pudding

Delicious and dairy-free cocoa oatmilk puddings that will not only satisfy your sweet tooth while at the same time reaping the benefits from our healthy organic oatmilk!

Yield: 4 – 6 servings

• 50g Etblisse Organic Coconut Sugar
• 30g  Biogreen Oates’ Cocoa Oatmilk
• 1 whole egg
• ⅛ teaspoon Biogreen Live Fine Sea Salt
• 480ml Oates’ Cocoa Oatmilk (50g Oates’ Cocoa Oatmilk + 450ml warm water
• 85g bittersweet chocolate chips
• 1 teaspoon vanilla paste

Preparation Method:
1. Mix sugar, cocoa oatmilk, egg and salt in a medium saucepan and stir with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula. Slowly stir in the reconstituted oatmilk until smooth and combined.
2. Stir the mixture over medium-low heat until the mixture thickens and begins to bubble.
3. Add the chocolate and stir vigorously until the mixture becomes very thick and smooth, about 30 seconds or longer.
4. Remove the mixture from heat and stir in the vanilla. Spoon the pudding into a serving bowl or individual cups and serve while warm, at room temperature or chilled.
