Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Avocado is loaded with heart-healthy nutrients that support healthy blood cholesterol and triglycerides levels, thereby reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases. It is also rich in fibre which supports good bowel movement and relieves constipation. 

Yield: 3-4 servings
Preparation Time: 5 minutes 

• 2 ripe avocados, halved
• 6 tablespoons Biogreen Oates’ Cocoa Oatmilk
• 2 tablespoons Biogreen O’Blue Organic Agave Nectar
• 1 tablespoon Biogreen Enrich Oatmilk Energy (mixed with 2 tablespoons purified water)
• 1 teaspoon ground chia seed
• ½ teaspoon vanilla paste
• 1/8 teaspoon Biogreen 84 Live Sea Salt (Fine) 

• Fresh fruits or nuts (Optional) 

Preparation Method:-
1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Taste and adjust with extra agave nectar if required.
3. Spoon the avocado chocolate mousse into glasses or ramekins.
4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
5. Serve plain or top with some fresh fruits or nuts if desired.
