Ingredients:-
• 1 head broccoli, cut into small florets
• 1 medium leek, thinly sliced
• 2 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and finely chopped
• 1 clove of garlic, crushed
• 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
• 1 slice of toasted wholemeal bread, cut into small cubes
• 2 teaspoons Biogreen Organic Green Balance Powder
• 1 tablespoon Biogreen O’Young Natural Collagen Powder
• 1 tablespoon Biogreen 100% Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
• 3 tablespoons O’Kid High Protein Organic Soya Milk Powder
• 1 teaspoon Biogreen 84 Live Sea Salt
• 1.5 litres water
Preparation Method:-
1. In a medium saucepan, heat coconut oil and garlic over medium heat. Add leeks and broccoli stems, cook and stir continuously until both are softened, about 3 min.
2. Add in potatoes, soya milk powder and water. Reduce heat, cover partially and simmer around 20 to 25 minutes until potatoes are tender.
3. Add in broccoli florets, turmeric powder and O’Young powder. Continue to simmer for another 5-10 min.
4. Season the soup with sea salt and stir in the Green Balance powder.
5. Lastly, transfer the soup to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with toasted bread cubes.
