Blooming Prosperity Mushroom and Lettuce

This beautiful and auspicious vegetarian dish brings out the meaning of happiness, wealth and nobility. After eating too many heavy dishes, it serves to be a refreshing green vegetable to relieve your sensory fatigue!

Yield: 4-5 servings


Cooking Instructions:

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and add in a teaspoon of salt and oil.
  2. Blanch lettuce, king oyster mushrooms and carrots accordingly, drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the sauce by mixing all seasonings together with some water, and add a little starch water to thicken.
  4. Arrange and decorate the dish as desired and drizzle the cooked sauce.
  5. Ready to be served!

  • 2个杏鲍菇,斜切成薄片
  • 1/3根红萝卜,斜切成薄片
  • 3大颗生菜

  1. 煮沸一锅水,水中可放一小匙盐及油让川烫后的蔬菜保持色泽。
  2. 汆烫西生菜、杏鲍菇及红萝,烫好后捞起备用。
  3. 干净的锅中加入调味料及少许的水,煮滚后加入少许淀粉水勾芡备用。
  4. 摆盘的碟子先铺上生菜,再间隔摆上杏鲍菇及红萝卜片。
  5. 最后淋上酱汁即完成。
