Ingredients:
- 2 king oyster mushroom, diagonally and thinly sliced
- 1/3 medium carrot, diagonally and thinly sliced
- 3 stalks of lettuce
- 2 tablespoons Etblisse Organic Japanese Soy Sauce
- ½ teaspoon Biogreen G Seasoning Powder
- Some corn starch for thickening purpose
Cooking Instructions:
- Bring a pot of water to boil and add in a teaspoon of salt and oil.
- Blanch lettuce, king oyster mushrooms and carrots accordingly, drain and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing all seasonings together with some water, and add a little starch water to thicken.
- Arrange and decorate the dish as desired and drizzle the cooked sauce.
- Ready to be served!

- 2个杏鲍菇,斜切成薄片
- 1/3根红萝卜,斜切成薄片
- 3大颗生菜

烹调方式:
- 煮沸一锅水,水中可放一小匙盐及油让川烫后的蔬菜保持色泽。
- 汆烫西生菜、杏鲍菇及红萝,烫好后捞起备用。
- 干净的锅中加入调味料及少许的水,煮滚后加入少许淀粉水勾芡备用。
- 摆盘的碟子先铺上生菜,再间隔摆上杏鲍菇及红萝卜片。
- 最后淋上酱汁即完成。
