Ingredients:

Instructions: 

  1. Mix 150ml plain water with 90g of Black Rice Powder and 60g of O’Tigres Organic Black Bean Powder until combined.
  2. Combine 3T of Coconut oil into the rice mixture.
  3. Using a mixer, beat the chickpea water and whole cane sugar until stiff peaks. 
  4. Gently mix the rice mixture and Aquafaba.
  5. Pour the batter into the cupcake mould and cover with cling film.
  6. Steam for 35 minutes on high heat. 
  7. After 35 minutes, turn off the heat and let the kuih rest for 5 minutes.
  8. After 5 minutes, your kuihis ready!

材料

烹调方式: 

  1. 将150 ml的白开水与90克黑米粉、60克O’Tigres 黑豆粉均匀混合。
  2. 加入3大匙椰子油搅拌均匀后静置。
  3. 准备另一容器,将9大匙鹰嘴豆水打发至干性发泡状态制作成素蛋白。过程中分次加入有机蔗糖。
  4. 将打发好的素蛋白分次加入粉糊中,均匀混合。
  5. 将混合好的粉糊倒入模具中,盖上保鲜膜避免蒸汽滴入。
  6. 放入预热好的蒸锅,大火蒸35分钟。
  7. 35分钟后,关火闷蒸5分钟。
  8. 5分钟后,您的黑豆黑米糕已可以享用。
