Black Bean Cocoa Brownies

Yield: 6 servings

Dry Ingredients:
• 100g Biogreen O’Tigres Organic Black Bean Powder (Cane Sugar Free)
• 50g unsweetened cocoa powder
• 60g all-purpose flour
• 6 tablespoons Etblisse Organic Coconut Sugar
• ¼ teaspoon Biogreen 84 Live Fine Sea Salt
• ½ cup chopped walnuts

Wet Ingredients:
• 6 tablespoons Biogreen 100% Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 eggs 

Preparation Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a square baking pan with coconut oil and line with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add in sugar and eggs. Beat in the eggs one at a time, stirring until smooth.
3. Pour all the ingredients and mix it until just combined.
4. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned and firm a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Allow to sit in the pan and fully cool.
7. After it is cooled, you may cut into pieces and enjoy it!
