Preparation Method

Can be enjoyed as a spread or dilute 1 tablespoon (20g) with 150ml of warm water. Can also be used a baby food puree or added into oatmilk, soya milk or vegetable juices, or used in baking in fillings for cookies, pies and pastries. 1-2 times a day.

Storage Method

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight. Once opened, please keep refrigerated and consume within 2 months for its best quality.
